At Ajmal, we strive to ensure your fragrance experience is perfect; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused beauty products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Carefully place the unused fragrance or beauty item in its original box, ensuring it is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
